I’d take this for the Sens pretty happily, assuming they don’t get alternative offers like the 2nd + Brisson or a straight up 1st, something along those lines. a 2nd with a low chance of it becoming a 1st is decent, and a bit of time to see if Olofsson could gel with the team, get a decent look at him, or even just retaining on him and seeing if they can flip him for a mid round pick is decent value. could dicker about trying to get Buffalo’s 2024 2nd instead but that’s not worth fussing over

I want no part of boqvist, we need to go another way. Unfortunately, I don't think peeke is very good, maybe take a shot at peeke for a lesser pick.

If they end up trading Byram for forward help I wouldn't mond seeing EJ back unless they do a package deal of a dmen and 2nd center

No way. The Jackets could get more for Boqvist. Giving up Boqvist and retaining on Johnson would cost more and it’s not good asset management.
