ummmm oilers are just as much a contender as NY so not sure why they would trade a player having a career year and retain on him...

Foegele is only on the trade bait boards because he would be moved to create cap space. Oilers aren’t outright selling him and they definitely wouldn’t retain on him

I like the idea of Foegele, but it probably costs a bit more even if they are trying to shed the cap. The tuch idea is nice but it would 100% include Kakko
