If we could somehow get 1st+Turcotte I would be ecstatic. Doubt we can get that much tho.

My dream would be turcotte+1st for Toffoli 75%+Clarke. We pay for the 3rd party retention

If anyone is viewing Kaliyev as a value add, you shouldn’t.

Target as high a pick as you can get. Between Vancouver or LA, you should get a first

Picked him since his name has been out there…so he is placeholding for tbd prospect. Helenius would be a guess too.

I was responding to your first alone vs a second plus a prospect comment.

Let me throw some cold water on that idea right now. Turcotte is currently playing on the Kings' first line and looks really good. They're not going to trade him.

    Gotcha.

My guess is their thinking is to keep their own pick if it stays where it is…add another pick to trade in off-season for dman or goalie (or Toffoli replacement, I suppose)

LA has zero cap space to make anything happen on the trade front without moving major cash out for when they get healthy.

Laferriere looks like he has interesting offensive skill set

Pinelli looked really good in the OHL last year. He was the best player on a great Kitchener team. I love his tool set, but the struggles have been a concern.

Will someone give Sam Fgemo a shot ?

Wings have 3 goalies but only because Husso has been hurt the entire second half

Toffoli at 25% is $1m….plus some salary going to NJ…I’m sure they figure it out

Fine. Toffoli at 75% and Graham Clarke for Jack Hughes, conditional 3rd, Lizotte.

Conditions are...if Kings lose in the first round it's a 3rd round pick. If the Kings make the 2nd round it becomes a 2nd and if the Kings make the western conference finals its a 1st.

Only if Jack changes his name to Jacques Hughes
    (Jack Jr works too)

I think it ends up being a 1st alone or prospect and 2nd

We can call him Jack Jack or JJ Hughes.

I think it will be a 2nd and prospect. But I don't think it will be from LA. They just don't have the cap space or movable prospects to make it work. LA is building around Byfield, Clarke and Turcotte.
