He plays all three zones in all situations against the best competition and produces both offensively and defensively regular season and playoffs plus he has three years left on his deal; teams would kill to have 3-4 guys like him on their team. That is extremely high value.

Agreed. Lehkonen is worth so much more than a 4th, Avs would be foolish to trade him for only a 4th. But that doesn’t mean Hawks should gamble the future on him. Nazar & KK could potentially blow him out of the water. Hawks are not making those kind of trade right now regardless.

Exactly. CHI isn't trading one of their prized prospects for a 29 year old whose contract will be up and will be on the wrong side of 30 by the time CHI is ready.

I mean we paid a 2nd +Justin Barron for him. I'm a major fan of him though, so I'd rather trade Mikko or Nuke. Retool the team with Mikko trade.
