We don’t want a rd back for Kovacevic, it just doesn’t fit the purpose of trading him in the first place

No no, TDL has passed. We're so done with the Liljegren trades to MTL. Never wanted him, never will. Move on

If size was so important, wouldn't the players you traded for be on playoff teams? More silliness having Kampf waiving to Arizona.

Being high on depth chart doesn't makes him a good player.

He's the 2nd best RHD in Toronto AND has nothing but bottom pairing talent. Thus why every Toronto fan is trying to trade him away.

He brings nothing Harris can't do already. So acquiring him would be useless and a waste of assets.

Liljegren is almost 25. The odds he does turn out into a great player are pretty mid. I prefer Mailloux and Barron by quite a lot

He has been given every opportunity possible and still is quite mid. He is a bigger Victor Mete

playing 2nd pair minutes, he is 68th percentile 5v5 offence and 63rd percentile 5v5 defense. Calling him a bigger mete just proves you dont know what you are talking about

Mete was playing first pairing minutes and had pretty good stats. 64th percentile offense and 79th percentile defense.

Maybe he had a few games on the top pair but the majority of his minutes were 3rd pair

He played 2 full seasons with Weber on the first pairing and had very good stats. We all know what happened. This is why I don’t fully based my opinion on advanced stats. Sometimes, they are thrash

He never averaged more than 18 minutes of TOI for a season. Had 1 year over 16 minutes. Thats a 3rd pair guy

But he was playing with Weber on the first pairing and got no special team time. Despite that, he got better stats
