Description
1. Islanders make the playoffs.


2. A trade for Oliver Wahlstrom takes place in the month of June and it benefits everyone involved.


3. An affordable Top 6 goal-scoring LW that can play with Horvat and Barzal is signed by the Islanders as a UFA on July 1st.


4. Simon Holmstrom is signed to a team-friendly bridge deal.


5. Matt Martin and Cal Clutterbuck are replaced in the bottom 6 by two other forwards that are faster and younger.


6. Noah Dobson beats out Quinn Hughes and Cale Makar to win the Norris Trophy.

At least let Hughes win a Norris before shafting him. I could see Garland being someone Islanders may overpay a bit for (ie. Wahlstrom+ a decent pick) that may get Van to deal him to you guys. He isn't going to be part of a cap casuality deal though.

Broberg likely has more value to the Oilers then Wahlstrom at this point. Oilers will probably try to move on from Kulak in the offseason for cap reasons leaving that #3LD wide open.

Garland is more of a RW and doesn't score as many goals as Toffoli.

Kulak has been pretty good. Oilers won't have the cap space for 4-5M on 3rd pairing with the dead cap next year.

He could possibly fit on Flyers or Canes if Skjei doesn't re-sign

Then I suggest you post an AGM that involves trading Kulak to the Flyers or the Canes.

Everybody on here would love to take a look at it.

I like the deal for Edmonton - potential bust for potential bust. A change could do them both good.
