You could take out Carlo and Boston would still decline.
Norris is damaged goods unfortunately.

Yeah no chance Boston makes that move... if Ottawa is selling Norris its going to be at a low value.

Now if you want to use that price as talks for Tkachuk or Stuzle, that would be a different story

For Carlo and 2 late picks?
Seems like a lot, i mean this deal bad sure as Norris is damaged goods
But i'd say Stutzle or Tkachuck for that return would be a worse deal IMO

Carlo + 1st + 2nd as the starting point of talks for Stutzle or Tkachuk

It'd have to be cause its further off then the OG trade.
I dont even like Stutzle and even my bias against him can sign off on such a low value.

That said if you'll pay more i think OTT would play ball as they're real high on Pinto right now.
Tkachuck i think is untouchable but Stutzle as much as they love him the right deal would do it IMO

You want us to pay a 1st+2nd IN ADDITION to giving up one of the leagues best Defensive Dmen in exchange for a future buyout contract

I thought unhinged Sens fans peaked in the summer when they decided it was a foregone conclusion they were making the playoffs and Boston was missing out

that's a step beyond swindling. I think getting rid of the contract for any sort of asset might be swindling at this point. I think it would be a miracle if the sens can get a first for him, let alone a first, second, and a really good young top four d man on a great long term contract.
