But Kotkienemi has *Insert weird stat* in *insert weird amount of games* so he's really a 1C playing 2C in Carolina, that's why he shouldn't get moved

Canes decline the trade. I like Chmelevski as a target, but Kotkaniemi is a prime breakout candidate
