Too much for only a year of Saros. Before you say "resign him"...he can't extend until July 1st after the draft.

If we can’t resign Henrique, I would take Glass in Edmonton! That is a very interesting deal for Florida… Tomasino was very good in the OHL. I would like to say they would take that. Gives them cap to do some resigns, and gives them a good young project, that could turn into one hell of a player.

We’ll take glass and we should even be avle to outbid that for Tomasino. How does Heineman + Ylonen sound?

Probably works for the Jackets although a 2nd would be preferred and possibly doable with other teams.

I’ve seen a lot of varying value on Boqvist on this site, anywhere from a late 1st to a 5th, so I went in the middle.

I prefer the versatility, size, and experience of Luostarinen more. If Tomasino ends up having more value, I’d just try to get a mid pick out of FLA in the deal. I think Luostarinen is a player that could really excel in NSH. And Tomasino just seems to be bouncing around, so give him a fresh chance elsewhere.

Would a $2.5m cap hit not be too much for EDM?

I’m looking at our cap situation now, and as of next year, with the bonuses, we have 10.6M open. If we buyout Campbell, that pushes it to about 14.4M open. We will without a doubt trade both Ceci (3.2M), and Kulak (2.75) to open more to upgrade the team. All we will need is 1 top 6 forward, a 3c, 2 4th liners, a top 4 RHD, and a backup goalie, which will most likely be Pickard, or Rodrigue.

I think we could take 2.5M.
