Six years for Domi? Jarnkrok's M NTC likely doesn't include Hawks. 20 ma roster?

Hawks might take Jarnkrok for free. Chances definitely go up with a pick attached.

6 years to get that AAV although would rather 4, more just a picture of the main moves I would make, obv 20 man not enough though

I would love to see Acciari back, but that deal seems too good to be true.

Yeah def a little optimistic, my other idea was Acciari (1M retained) for Kampf, Kokkonen, and a 3rd

I think Jarnkrok could maybe even have positive value to the right team, but I doubt the hawks would buy. But, like @HawksGuy81 said, CHI might take him for free and with a pick attached they would be even more likely to take him. I'm not even sure where CHI would put him, though. If you run a CHI ACGM, it's difficult to figure out how they are going to balance roster space with getting to the cap floor and allowing young players opportunities as well, and his cap hit doesn't really help our cap structure much. I'd rather use the roster spot on a player with a larger cap hit. It's why I don't create ACGM's of my own very often. I have vague ideas of what they could do and who they could target, but nothing is clear cut.

if the Kämpf contract wasn't 3 years maybe TOR could move it. But it was a bad signing the day it was done.
This is the modern NHL. The bottom 6 is suppose to be highly flexible especially the 4th line. No one wants term on these guys anymore. 1-2 years tops.
There is no need to sign 4th liners for more than 1-2 year in todays NHL.
Otherwise you end up in the same spot TOR is in now. Long contracts on guys no one really wants around.
Center is really the last position that this is sinking into. You look around the league and bottom 6 wingers are getting shorter and shorter deals, 3rd pairing defenseman too.
4 c is really next on the list to be treated the same way. You can always extend year to year but you can't move guys when it's not work out.

Pens aren't going to retain on Acciari while taking all of Kampf's contract.
