Can imagine anything from that deal gets STL to move Kyrou.

If Rakell was a free agent would he get $5Mx4? I wouldn't want the Kings to pay that.

Long term cap clearing of a guy on the worst year of his career is the definition of a panic move. Clearing cap by doing so with 2 of our top 4 goal scorers is a very dumb idea as well, so props to you i guess.

While I like dumping Campbell and Ceci, Graves is of no use to us. He plays the left side which is already blocked up by Nurse, Ekholm and Kulak. We would need a top-4 RD coming back for this trade to work

Edmonton declines without a 2nd thought. Ceci >> Graves, they can buyout Campbell without giving up a single asset.

Los Angeles wouldn't pick up Rickard Rakell off waivers. You could buy him out and we wouldn't sign him for $1 million, let alone pay him $5 million.

Can you explain to me why the Blues would want to "get out of the Kyrou deal"? Also, Saad is still quite valuable as a 3rd line guy who can score 25-ish goals, no reason to move him unless there is a decent return.

Also: another Pens fan who wants to dump Acciari on the Blues. Again: he has no value to us and we can get a better and cheaper UFA forward in the offseason. Only way we're taking him if you pay us for doing so.

Personally with Sundqvists injury I would take Acciari at virtually no cost. Would probably pay a late round pick for him. Prior to that I'd agree it doesn't make much sense. Hoping for a UFA contract to be a better acquisition is like buying a lottery ticket, would avoid it if possible.
