It's a combined lack of depth at RD and almost too much depth at LD. Sanderson looks amazing and locked up for 8yrs, Chabot's still Chabot and has another 4yrs. The reality is just that Chychrun's contract is up first and none of the three have really shown they can play the right side. Ideally the left side is Sanderson, Chabot/Chychrun, Brannstrom but on the right the only solid thing Ottawa really has is Zub.

Genuinely if this is the best type of offer available then I think they keep Chychrun, who's said how much he wants to stay at every possible opportunity, and sell Chabot off instead as he should carry more value.
