I would love the habs to move all our extra pieces for a guy like Kent, but CBJ has all that depth too so no real reason for them to move him

If you feel like you have to add that many pieces to one side of a trade to balance it… it’s a bad trade.

I would agree with you. But there is alot alot of quality in that trade. I would argue it is an overpay. 6 quarters for a dollar, imho.
