Far too much from NJ. Siegs is a top 4 D, mix in our 1B goalie (who actually was fine to finish the year), and then a load of picks.

You can keep Allen bruins don’t want him.
NJ is gonna have to overpay for a true starter, their current 3 goalie situation isn’t gonna get them anywhere. Allen isnt gonna be your answer not with how questionable your team defence is and how injury prone NJ is.

Last thing bruins need is another shutdown dman I like siegenthaler but if we acquire him I’d look to move Carlo for either a Center or a more offensively gifted RHD.

I’d also put siegenthaler with mcavoy and lindholm with Carlo just so we can spread out the offensive talent. This season mcavoy has been our only dman consistently producing offence. So either lindholm or lohrei need to step up big time this coming season

Bruins fans seem to want way too much for Ullmark. His M NTC also limits any trade destination.
Does any rational hockey fan think that Ullmark is going to put up the same numbers with Jersey (or virtually any team) than what he has done with the Bruins.

A 2025 1st has been mutually been the main piece from NJ. A very small add and done. Ullmark will do better than what we had (not including Allen AND Kakkohen). And they will need to tweak a big piece on D so closer to Bruins but I get your point

Take out Ullmark and the rest of the package to for that price. I’d rather keep him than trade he for a collection of 2nd and a 3rd

It’s a 2025 first and something else. If a team offers a better prospect or 2024 first, NJ will need to go elsewhere for a goalie.

You seem to believe the Bruins aren’t the team in the playoffs who hasn’t allowed the highest high danger chances of any playoff team. Those goalies are a major part of them winning and that defensive structure leans on then a heck of a lot more than the ignorant belief that Boston’s defense inflates their performance. LA has been that team. Not Boston

Didn't say the Bruins were # 1, but compared the Devils, who have big problems on the defence this season , what would Ullmark's performance been like on a team like the Devils.

My assumption is his GsaX/60 would be similar. The Bruins systematically allow more high danger chances because Montgomery likes defenseman who join the rush.
