is it? Keller is the most marketable player for a new franchise. a late first, a 25 first, and a good prospect that hasn't touched NHL ice yet doesn't seem like it would move the needle.

Reinbacher isn’t just a “ good prospect” he’s above that and 2 1sts are still 2 1sts no matter how you want to down play their value as both combined would get pick 10-14 which is going to be a good player but he is a 86 point player tops and only done that once so we aren’t talking like Tkachuk level or even JT Miller, he’s good but not great and on a killer cap hit but I wouldn’t trade Reinbacher and 2 1sts when Montreal is still rebuilding
I would trade one of their young defenseman that is on the active roster with Lane Hutson making one of Harris or Ghulie expendable

1. buddy, punctuation is your friend - that was a tough read.
2. look at it from Utah's perspective. do you think they want to be marketing draft picks, or do you think they want to be marketing their star winger whos a point per game player? it's a business. If Keller was on an established team that needs to keep accumulating young players and draft capital - sure. i just don't think it works for Utah.

If Keller demands out then they will trade him. They wouldn’t get a deal much better than this from other teams. It’s a big price to pay.

Ok Mr. journalism Professor you may know more about punctuation but you know **** about building hockey team because you don’t trade that much for a guy who is the “most marketable “ when your team is in the middle of a rebuild and you want to trade for a player that is a difference maker and is clutch when it matters the most but hey you want someone who can sell tickets go ahead because Montreal routinely sells out the cathedral like Bell centre and it’s 20,000+ seats during a rebuild so no need to do that in Montreal LoL
Must be an American to think this will help you win in the NHL LoL

Ya, that was unreadable so I didn't bother, with the exception of the last sentence.

Never did I mention winning. The NHL is a business, and Utah will need a face of the franchise rather than picks and prospects. Full stop.
