Personally i dont see why Stl or CAR do that, mainly becasue i doubt blues would want to add on to a Buch trade and i dont see CAR adding on to a Necas trade either if that makes sense.

I also dont see the logic for either team with the Stl Tor trade TOR gets the older more expensive player while Stl gets a much later pick
seems like the opposite direction both teams are trying to go
