Description

Knight unfortunately becomes a cap casualty and is traded for a decent third pairing guy who gives Florida some cap room to work with.
Incase Ottawa isn't interested in retaining on Chychrun another team may do it for the 2026 SJS 2nd.
Reinhart is signed to a long term extension, at max 9,5 mil. Incase that's not enough it is a problem for another ACGM...
Veterans Tarasenko and Montour are signed to 4 year deals, rookies Samoskevich and Sourdif are given a chance to play in the line up.
Lundell is given a two-year bridge deal. (People will probably be surprised at how cheap he resigns)
Driedger comes back to Florida on a prove it deal to back up Bobby.
