No team should pay and give that much term to Lindholm.
Reaves doesn't affect the cap at all, so the Leafs trading the much needed in 25/26 Minten.
All those NMCs which negate some trades.
Leafs have no interest in the aging and six years of Mayfield. Leafs will just keep Tavares for one year.
Remember to change the cap to 87.7m

A late 1st imo. He's a good prospect, projected to be a 3C, defensively responsible, maybe can give you 30-40 points, has decent size and hands, some leadership qualities. Leafs will definitely hold onto him, he was one of Dubas's better picks along with Knies and Sandin.

I wouldn't want to give Lindholm that contract either but that will be the going rate considering how other forwards are being signed (Horvat, Nylander for comparison)
I wasn't sure what Minten would be worth, so the Leafs could keep him and give away even less to dump Reaves
And yeah the Islanders absolutely need to dump Mayfield and maybe Lee, we're way to tight with the cap

Gonna interesting what Lindholm gets in his new contract. The reality is, he's a 2C, with two superior seasons. Last two seasons, just an average 2C at best. He'll be near 30 years of age when his next contract starts. Way too iffy to sign him to a long term contract IMO, though they are few UFA centres available this summer.

Without an extension in place, the Hawks probably aren't giving up assets for one year of Marner. With an extension, Hawks aren't retaining for 6 years on Jones or including Reichel. Leafs can keep Robertson.
