Kevin Bahl is not the answer to any question. You need to find fits with the current defenseman and NJ is going to value him more than Boston should. We acquired Peeke to fill that role and he should do it well.

I do think we need more depth at defenseman because the loss of Peeke has changed the physicality equation though the reason we are losing is we aren’t creating enough offense

If anything, I think this series is going to lead to a long term contract with Lindholm though I’d love to get him on a 1 year, 8.5m contract as a show me option

I'd take that Ehlers trade, don't know if Chevy would though.

Jets are in a tight spot, its fine to trade Ehlers but he'll be tough to replace if they want to compete again next season.

There's not much incentive for Winnipeg to do that. I'd imagine they'd want more of a sure thing that played a position of need.
