Think we get talbot back in any LA trade. They just don’t have much dead weight on their roster that’s good to make the money even, just don’t see these two making a trade.

I know what your saying and agree, but I thought on a down year we’d at least give a few of our draft picks a chance. Guess that tells us how management feels about our guys in the system.

Like the signing and price but we have too many bottom 6 forwards.

Who’s everyone? Lol not saying your 100% wrong, but he had solid numbers on a terrible Buffalo team that’s why he got the money he did. In front of any solid team he’s a guy who can win you a game he did it many times this year that’s why they had such a good season. He’s not going to “fall off” he’s a young goalie with excellent numbers who won a vezina.

Why?</div></div>
When Nosek is back I’d play him on the left and throw fliggy on the right and Greer to the press box. I feel like with no 2nds which is the value of players we are targeting this deadline we have to get a little bit creative to get a player that will actually impact this deep line up. With 3rd round picks and no prospect pool we aren’t going to get much to make this truly a “last dance.”

Schenn would be our 6/7th defensemen. no matter how the values equal out, we can’t give up firsts when we have a terrible system for that kind of depth.

Toews doesn’t get a 1st, especially without max retention. He’s going to get a 3rd or maybe a second with retention.

I like this idea. I know theirs a ton of reason why and why not to do this but at the end of the day we are low on young centers and if we get the result we want this year, this would help our rebuild.

If that’s all we get for zboril might as well keep him. His cheap cap hit will be needed next year, and to be fair to him he’s looked good he’s just stuck behind a deep D core playing well.

Yeah sorry but Kubalik to a divisional foe will be more painful than this.</div></div>
The million was more of a joke we’d have the cap for the full thing. I was going to give a 3rd instead of a 4th but my bruins bias kicked in and cheaped out. Truthfully though, I wasn’t sure on DK value but I saw a Det fan offer him for a 2nd and 4th so I thought our crappy first would sweeten the pot and unfortunately, Craig smith sucks…

Kane Rumours Brewin
Kane sucks, and has to agree to where he’s going. I feel like he’s just playing through these injuries to help the hawks get return for him. With his production, injury issues and we have 2 right wings better than him, to give up anything near what hawks fans think is so dumb. He’s just not what we need.

Problem is we’d have to do this pre deadline because if it was post deadline teams would essentially be trading for the right to negotiate with him before free agency, and I doubt it would get that return.

Zboril has value. I just more so meant with our 2nds gone for the next two years we’d only have 2 picks in the first 3 rounds the next couple years, and for a team with this prospect pool and an inevitable rebuild that’s going to be rough.
