Not getting 2013 value for these guys. All are big overpayments in favor of Chicago.

-Too much for Kane. I can see a 1st & a decent prospect coming back with full retention (Chicago paying a 4th to a 3rd team to bring him all the way down) but this a recent top 10 pick, a 1st, and a 2nd with no retention.

-Toews without retention doesn't get back a 1st. I'd argue you could get one back with double retention (again, with Chicago paying the third team) but even that feels like a stretch. Most likely it'll be a 2nd and a prospect.

-Athanasiou has 16 points in 46 games - I don't see anyone ponying up much for an offense-first forward that can't score, much less the Islanders, a team that is free-falling out of the playoffs and should be selling, not buying.

-Actually fair value for Domi if you retain. It's basically what he got last year at the deadline, and he's having a similar season this year.

I don't know what the return on Kane will be, I would guess a late first plus a decent prospect, provided Chicago retains half and can accommodate the other team by taking salary back. There's no chance they get any kind of high value package like the op, plus our gm has already said he's not trading for rentals.
