Norris’s shoulder is softer than semi melted butter, y’all screwed yourself on that contract. He will never be a playoff star because he’ll never make it past the 1st round with how physical the game gets.

Probably picks or prospects.
I don’t see Boston taking cap back I think they want to save all their cap for UFA especially if they have a good chance for Lindholm/ Guentzel.

Future Powerplay and draftpick
Detroit is supposed to have 15OA no shot eiserman falls that far. He may have some decent sized kinks in his game but his shot and goal scoring abilities alone will get him a top 10 selection.

Kane hasn’t been that good without mcdavid so he’d have to play with Marchand or pasta.
That’d being said I’d want more than just a 1st in return.
Realistically kane isn’t worth the contract so if they want Ullmark, I want one of broberg/ Holloway aswell or more picks

Ullmark+lysell
Ullmark+ 25 1st?
I’m really high on a few of the guys around that range.
Eiserman - Lefty version of pasta
Helenius/ Iginla - future top 6 C
Buium- potential top pair partner for mcavoy

It’s reasonable but he’s a UFA and if he has a good playoff run he can demand more.
The only thing going for Boston is that there is a plethora of solid wingers in this UFA class and he’s inconsistent at times

I highly doubt it I think he wants to stay east.
Plus NJ is a young upcoming team probably gets a 4-5 yr extension with them and potentially win a cup I don’t see why he wouldn’t want to play there

I’d rather have peeke than Marino.
Peeke fits our 3rd pair and what we want from it more, he’s physical and causes havoc. Bruins need more guys like that and Wotherspoon and peeke as a pairing will do work on opponents if we can continue to move on through playoffs. They are the type of bottom pairing we needed last season against Florida.

NJ / Buffalo/ LA/ Detroit / Philly are some the teams I could think of who need a starter</div></div>
You could even say Colorado could be in need of a starter considering the way georgiev has played this season

As much as I like dowd I feel Beecher already has a similar affect for our team.
For only being 23 Beecher already shows a lot of maturity in his defensive game and has been very good at the face off dot aswell.

Big Kings trade

Also do not think Ullmark will get a first plus. Goalies rarely go for that much, the only goalie I can even think of who returned a 1st would be Ryan Miller going to the blues, and worked out pretty bad for them lol.</div></div>
Kuemper: timmins, 22 1st, 24 3rd
Schneider: 2013 1st (9OA)
Lehner: 2015 1st (21OA)
Varlamov: 2012 1st(11OA) 2012 2nd
Anderson: 2016 1st (30OA) 2017 2nd
Martin jones: 2016 1st (29OA) Sean kuraly.
Clearly you haven’t done enough research, all these goalies above were moved for 1st plus and I’d say only 1-2 of them produced as well as Ullmark has over the last 3 years.
Ullmark averages a .923 SV% / 2.30 GAA / 88 wins in a 130
Games. I don’t see how he doesn’t return a 1st

I feel swayman could be negotiable down to high 6’s- 7 mill.
Doubt LA entertains that, if we wanted those picks there would have to be 0 retention. I also don’t know if I want Dubois, he has the skill the size the speed to be an absolute star in this league but he seriously lacks any drive or motivation to work hard. He’s lazy but maybe with a better coach who holds his players more accountable he could become something again.

Would love Guentzel on the team. Still would rather move Ullmark so we can keep debrusk or sign another goal scoring winger.
I’ll pass on Perron he’s been a power play merchant the last 4-5 seasons. Would rather go for someone like Joshua/ Duclair

Ullmark for Mercer Guentzel Signing
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>dgibb10</b></div><div>I am all in favour of paying for a goalie at a fair price. If 1 year of Ullmark costs Mercer, I’d rather pay a fair price for a quality dman and bottom 6 and roll Kahkonen/Allen/Daws/Schmid</div></div>
I feel highly certain Ullmark will come with an extension, especially NJ considering they have a bright future.
But again Boston has lost no leverage we have the cap to keep both goalies, and we have been very successful with both goalies. A lot of teams are showing they need a true start and bruins have the answer to their problem but they won’t sell short on a goalie who just won the vezina and continued to put up great number even after losing half the roster infront of him with minimal replacements.

I think Ullmark knows what team needs a goalie and has put most them on his NMC, he wants an extension so he can have a secured home for more than 1 season. I guarantee you Boston will allow any team to negotiate an extension pre trade if he will waive to go there.

Ullmark for Mercer Guentzel Signing
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Schuyler</b></div><div>I'm so over the bad goalie trade post to and from NJ</div></div>
I’d be more over losing due to having a bad goalie. Vitek showed his true colours this season once you guys lost 2 of your best dmen in graves and severson.
You guys need a true starting goalie, that is your missing key to success once you can beat the injury bug.
But acquiring a starter is gonna be expensive especially if Ullmark comes with an extension.
But be my guest and overpay for a 35yr old markstrom or run with Allen as your starter that will get you far. There isn’t a single starting goalie in UFA this season, Talbot is your best option and he’s also 35/36 so go ahead run a very mid tandem and ruin some of your best years with your core.

Definitely a possibility but like I said how would you feel being a young bachelor who was living in a nice warm Arizona with much more “opportunities” and now you are living in a much colder state and a state that is quite religious, SLC doesn’t seem like much of a city that has events to entertain its youth . It happened in the NBA with young star Donovan Mitchell and the UTAH jazz, he was very vocal about having many issues with Utah
