Dallas accepts. You're overrating and overvaluing Dellandrea by quite a bit here.
He's a bottom-6, do-it-all kind of forward that can play up and down the lineup if necessary. Not sure I'd set him as your long term 2RW and I definitely wouldn't be paying him almost $3M a year. I'm one of his bigger supporters and even I'll tell you that he's worth roughly half of that.
Immediate "yes" from Dallas, but honestly you could turn the 1st Round Pick into a 2025 2nd Round Pick and they'd still accept it pretty quickly.

More likely to resign Fluery than deHaan, but Lilleberg is 3LD next year. Stamkos probably takes less with a year or 2 more term guaranteeing he retires here.

Says random guy on the internet with zero evidence. Same as Chiarot and Lehkonen in 2022, huh?!?
It's called opportunity cost. There are very few sellers with desirable assets. Supply/demand. And it only takes one team to offer the right price. Whether you believe 1sts are worth McDavid prices or Goodrow prices. It doesnt matter because some GMs will offer a Tanner Jeannot return. It takes one team not 31 other teams to make 1 offer.
That is simple.

Untouchables..
Xhekaj isnt being traded.
Going to the game last night and seeing the jerseys. I was just reinforced in my belief that he's a solution not a scapegoat or means to an end going forward.
I truly doubt Hughes pulls off a Bergevin power move ala Subban. This team needs fan favourites otherwise tickets sales will plummet eventually even with a waiting list because this team aint close to competing for a playoff spot and the fan base will become apathetic much like the Buffalo Sabres whom have half a building, a lot of nights!
That Sabres team is soft as butter, they got manhandled by the Ducks after coming home watching the game last night at the Bell Centre.
The Sabres are absolutely a heartless group that got outshot 19-2 in the 2nd period vs an AHL caliber Ducks roster with a rookies leading the way at center, on defence in Zellweger and Carlsson.
<a href="https://sabrenoise.com/posts/buffalo-sabres-nhls-dysfunctional-team-loss-ducks-01hmwy7jbbev" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">DO NOT BECOME THE SABRES AT ALL COSTS.</a>
Struble is simply the perfect bottom pair D, same as Kovacevic.
There is no rush to trade either as their pedigree wont allow them to seek much return. Both are physical, needed presences that can take the load of guys like Guhle, Reinbacher playing pk.
That leaves Barron, Harris as the clear trade chips. Barron offense and pedigree along with handiness makes him attractive but he hasnt fit on a team looking for a identity and with Guhle playing the right side, he's become redundant with Mailloux's physical potential being greater than Barron and you have the rock solid options of Guhle/Reinbacher on the right not to mention the Russians coming around 2026.
Savard's leadership right now is needed. You don't deal him unless a team targets him with a big offer. That offer is bigger than a late 1st.
I'm talking at least the same the Bolts paid with a 1st plus 3rd but preferably an B+ prospect. He's only making 3.5M for top pair shutdown D that blocks everything in sight. His blocks blow every defender in the league away per game and he's contributing offensively at a better rate than ever higher than guys like a RHD such as Liljegren in Toronto whos suppose to be this great puck mover in transition according to Leafs fans.
Evans simply has zero offense and can probably be had for less. Edmonton would probably offer a 4th, let's say.
Dvorak despite the broken narrative he's a cap dump here BUT with a year of term @4.45M with strong center play with a flair for offense on the PP in the bumper and young enough to contribute, will easily be in demand. The Hawks signed an older Jason Dickinson to a long term contract at the same AAV so Hawks fans and other trolls can get bent with that current cap reality.

Monahan can receive a low 1st round pick as a minimal price at the TDL
And Mike Matheson is a top 10 offensive defenseman in the league right now..........................

While I think the Jets need a top 4 upgrade I don't think they're trading Barlow and a 1st for Matheson, the inclusion of Schmidt doesn't mean much imo as his buyout would be manageable and he's playing quite well, while overpaid he and Samberg make a great 3rd pair and Schmidt can handle 2nd pair minutes if someone gets injured.
The inclusion of Monahan doesn't tip the scales enough for me either to say yes to this.
Also doubt Winnipeg isn't one of Matheson's no trade teams or that he'd waive.
All in all an interesting proposal though.

Value I guess is fine from Isles POV but I don’t think Monahan is a target for us. Depends on Pulock’s injury status. If he’s out a while I can see isles chasing another d-man

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>ricochetii</b></div><div>Kovacevic is underrated. He has a positive goal differential (+3) at even strength despite 70% dzone starts (on Montreal).
He kills penalties and his cap hit is below what you'd expect for what he provides and it carries through next year, meaning Montreal does not need to move him.
He's also young enough to be worth keeping around beyond that and may not have hit his ceiling as a late bloomer.
Two years at a minimal cap hit is worth the 2nd (the 7th is inconsequential).
A smart GM will pick him up and that team will be happy with the trade eventually.</div></div>

Many do not understand the pick % for NHLers through the rounds ... Our community lacks the sense or the awareness of the value per se market. Too much sensitivity or overusing stats or cash down, when the team's needs are a big factor.

I think you get one of those players by drafting in the top 10 this year.
As for the players
Monahan = 2nd and a prospect or late 1st
Savard = same as above
Kovy = 3rd or highest pick possible
Evans - late pick
Dvorak - let his contract run out

That way to much to pay for Lafreniere. Both of these first round pick a way to much valuable to be included in a trade unless we get a top players. Lafreniere is not there and might never reach that level. Our best chance at getting this high end offensive talent is with those next three first round pick.

Is that all the picks you want to get for the players listed in the Anaheim trade? Because you can get more then that for all of them separately. If it's what you think each one is worth then wow

He's got 3 points in 5 games averaging 18-19 minutes with a GWG
He's not 13 points in 15 games no and when MSL shuffled his lines nightly for 10 games to find a combo that benefited Slaf without screwing the team
Sure his offense dried up completely but his Faceoffs didnt , his minutes didnt , his shots kinda did though
That said since he found Evan-Anderson they've all been playing better , josh even had them serve him up an empty netter for him lol
Issue is we took apart our best like Productively in Pearson -Mony-Gally to watch Slaf mimic Anderson in the top 6(great chances few results for himself)
Mony was never the issue , never changed his play but if you have a blender of linemates and struggle but produce when you got regular linemates
Well thats 100% on the Coach alone in my books
