this is about the only decent or logistical trade i've seen where the flyers make a move for a goalie

Easy no from Devils and Oilers. Jets and Flyers probably say yes.

Hell no to Risto. He’s never regained his form from his Buffalo days. He’s signed to a long term contract that he’s not played up to. He’s negative value. Flyers fans laugh and take this. Also that Columbus pick will likely be 2025. The Jackets have the right to pick which one they send to Philly. So a 2nd in two drafts becomes less valuable. Take Risto out completely unless Philly is sending us multiple 1st to take his contract.

There's no logical reason or incentive for Winnipeg to do that.

Ristolainen has played well under Brad Shaw, especially this year. He is slightly overpaid but he has become a good defensemen for the Flyers, especially on defense and transition. Flyers don't really need a goaltender though with Ersson and multiple goaltending prospects.

That works for most Flames fans. Other than this dude. But I’d be glad to keep Risto off this team and trade Marky to Jersey or TO.

Your guy made a great trade, if you think he's doing that on every move you're high!

completely ignoring the fact this is literally the best year of his career and that his buffalo days consisted of him being one of the worst defencemen in hockey. he's playing like a serviceable #4 dman

is he worth 5.1 million, absolutely not, but he surely does not have negative value

This is a HORRIBLE trade for the Devils. If Marino went on the market today, he'd have more value himself than Hanifin does due to age and contract status. Forget the other pieces; Devils offer I believe would start with Bahl and a 1st, likely another prospect like Clarke

He’s not worth his 5.1 and he can’t even be healthy for a full season. So why this fan thinks this would be a great trade for his own team makes no sense to me.
