Moves look legit, don't know if Hoffman would accept 5millions, but if it's a 1 yr deal I think it's a fair offer. He would makes MTL contender for a cup with those 3x balanced trios. I think it's a fair offer too for NYD, Kulak and Byron would join their actual line up easily + they add 2x 2nd pick for their rebuild.

I have no trouble to switch Olofsson for Ylonen. Caufield has a to high value in my mind to put him in this trade. I figured that Tatar is the base of the trade, Armia is a good top 9 value player who will fit amazingly in their roster + like you said Ylonen and the 2nd round pick

I honestly have the same thinking of you, but I can't imagine that Montreal will let Gallagher going to free agency. Bergevin already said that he want to make him a Canadiens for life. But I consider too that it's a huge risk to resign Gally for a longterm deal at this AVV level.

MTL FA
Lehkonen worth more than a 6th round pick and at this price, no chance MTL will trade him for that exchange. 6,5 millions for Hall is unrealistic. He will want much more than that. I figure minimum 8 millions per year. Finally, a team can buyout only one contract per year, so you can't buyout Byron cause we already did it for Alzner this year.

Montreal is back with Hall and Laine
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Windjammer</b></div><div>True. Everything here is our opinions and the only fans who like your deal are Montreal fans. As I said above, from the reports from hockey insiders we're hearing when a GM inquires about Laine or Ehlers that Chevy's ask is astronomical and your offer isn't that and Chevy's ask is the only one that really matters.
Logically, though why would Winnipeg fix a small hole at 2C, by creating a massive hole at wing and not fixing any other problems?
If this is the best offer Winnipeg received, it is a guarantee that Chevy keeps Laine. Again from the hockey insiders, the only way Laine or Ehlers move is if Chevy is blown away by an offer. So, it's not a matter of whether you believe your offer is fair, it's just that realistically Chevy wouldn't make the trade.</div></div>
Calm down the massive hole at wing, they still have few players to replace Laine and with a 2nd center, they will bring back Wheeler as a wing. But I respect your tought about it.

Not that much, we are going to have more than 36 millions in cap space to renew all these contracts. For sure, we are not going to have enough for everybody, but eventually we aren't keep everyone too. With Hall and Laine, and the emergence of Suzuki and KK, I don't have problem to let Tatar and Danault to move away.

I'll skip all the way to the last line: "After these moves, Montreal is going to be back as a serious contender, they have now a huge offensive punch, and I consider that I still conserve a respectable draft picks bank and prospects pool", and answer with "Bye bye cap space in 2021, and now you lose 2 or 3 of Petry, Gallagher, KK, Danault, Tatar, Lehkonen, because you can't afford to resign them raises and also resign Laine."</div></div>

Also, WPG ought to consider that. Even though it’s a quantity for quality. That is 4-5 good pieces.
We are likely to have a flat cap for a few years. I imagine it could actually go down (along with compliance buyouts).</div></div>
You have the option to not renew contract of Tatar or Danault to save money next year. With my line up, they're going to be on my 3rd line, so I can figure a trade for these players if you need space after the season

It's your opinion on that trade, but many persons like my offer too for Laine even if you consider it's a quantity deal. Domi as a center worth a good value and Winnipeg needs to replace Litlle as 2nd centerman so it's a good fit. Add whatever you want after that in quality if you want like Caufield or other.

MTL needs a big RW on their top-6 who can score goals comment with you offers
I would try to move for Patrick Laine, they need centerman and defenseman. My offer would be Domi + Mete for immediate help in their roster. I add Poehling (C) and Struble (D) for pontential prospects and because Laine has a high market value, I would also put my 1st round (2021), 2nd round (2022) and 3rd round (2021).
So more clearly:
Domi + Mete + Poehling + Struble + 1st round (2021) + 2nd round (2022) and 3rd round (2021)
for
Patrick Laine
