isles big sell what they should try to do
I have no idea why MN would want to make that deal, Ohgren alone is too much of an ask for a team that is a long way away from a real cup run. If anything, MN probably sells kaprisov in a couple of years to align with some of our youngsters.

MN chases playoff spot
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Tjm220</b></div><div>That would be Brock Faber. Minnesota fans don’t seem to like this idea. They would rather try to pawn two pending UFAs, a second round pick, and another prospect the Sabres don’t really need in return for a young productive center with team control. Yeah, I’d like it if my team could make a trade like that too.</div></div>
Asking for a 22 y/o Norris candidate for a center that is probably more a 2C, we know that's not happening. The wild have drafted other D men with potential, Lambos for example i can totally see them trading him instead of Height.

Final run for Fleury question mark
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>tryger</b></div><div>Switch Talbot for Fleury, the Wild can pay his $1M bonus, the Kings would have that on the books next season.
Kings also can't afford this with Arvidsson practicing now. Gotta send ****emo and Clarke down as well, and in this scenario, Rittichin 100% gets claimed off waivers.</div></div>
As a minnesota fan, i'm done with Talbot and his wife, hard pass lol!

Duhaime probably doesn't bring higher than a 4th. And very curious about MIN's goaltending situation. With MAF nearly 40 and and UAF, who is the G next year if you let Gustavsson go (and for Knies?)?</div></div>
Walstedt, you let him play cause you aren't winning the cup anyway

Gus is a middle tier tender, that's it, nothing special you sell high when the time is right. If you think he's more than that, let's question who is really clueless here. Face the facts that the wild are not very good this year and mid level tender isn't going to fix that either way

dreaming of Ek
I disagree with other MN fans, Ek is gettable, however the issue is you need to give us a potential 1C or a current 1C in return. The player and the contract are just too valuable to this team that looked absolutely lost without him last year in the playoffs.

I really think Gus should be able to bring back a 1st round pick, favorable contract for two more years and is a solid netminder
