Rather not get Palmieri though, and spend that cap, and or pick to upgrade our defence. If we got Varlamov, and Manson, we would be a very good team! I can see us getting Varlamov if Smith retires after this season, which I would be happy if he did, because I would love it if he became our goalie coach!</div></div>
thank you for being nice :). i agree

I can't measure locker room abilities so Parise could be more in that regard, but based on play alone I find Raffl to be much more palatable.</div></div>
in what aspect? Parise has been incredible defensively and while he does not provide much offense, he is the perfect depth player for a playoff team making a run. He can fill in on the PK and can play anywhere in the lineup. He creates quality chances and makes very few mistakes. He isnt a star player but hes what you want for a playoff team

ehhhhh idk. Jets seem to be making a push and kinda need to win now with a few players getting up there in age. A forced trade for a forward or defenseman seems imminent

Oilers value kosk expiring contract more because smith is still signed for another year and skinner has to be on the team full time next year. not what any news source is saying. theyre al saying talks are picking up. and holland has no idea what hes doing

Also feel free to learn about other teams needs before posting a thread about trading players to them. Would save you so much time.</div></div>
Lol buddy this is a forum. sorry i do not know everything about every nhl team idk why youre so aggressive. That being said, its not exactly like the Blues have closed off all offers that would get them a forward. Not how it works. Injuries happen and if a team can improve, they would

7.1 GAR over the past 3 seasons
20.2 xGAR over the past 3 seasons
0.40 DRAW this season
.9 xOFF this season
57.3 faceoff win percentage this season and atop the best of the league on the PK.

Firstly, to suggest the underlying numbers with this player are actually good leaves doubt (I'm sure I could look them up, but you could have also provided them if you were going to use it as an argument). Secondly, any numbers department that presumably understands value and salaries and aging curves that remotely suggests not only acquiring this player, but also giving up assets for him, deserves to never work in hockey.</div></div>
ok lemme get this straight. You think age, term and AAV are analytics? Do you have an evolving hockey subscription?

i mean for 750k, im not sure why they wouldnt. Stone likely out until the playoffs game 1 so he could slot in really easily and play to his defensive standards and then he becomes an every other game guy or comes in for injuries

I was conflicted because I see stuff like Chiarot is getting at least a 1st rounder but he isnt worth it. Mayfield is cheap and is under contract next year so id imagine he gets a bit more. No idea why the Leafs fans on here want Chara but i threw him in cuz why not. Hes probably getting like a 6th straight up
