Would I make those trades...yes Would Adams, probably not for 2 reasons
1) don't see him parting with this years first protected or not, maybe 24's first
2) don't see him parting with Mittelstud (what was that girl thinking with that sign lol) just think they like him to much and feel he is finally progressing

Fire everyone - trades with rationale given
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Finn2016</b></div><div>Buffalo can wait till july and not pay anything. Would like mayfield though</div></div>
You could wait until July but you won't get a goalie now to help with the playoff push. I think the Sabres are a fun team and that locker room deserves a vote of confidence from the front office. I'm not sure Varly would waive his NTC to go there as I said in the description. I think NJD is a more likely destination.
Mayfield would cost a 1st or a quality prospect. If BUF wants to pay that, step right up lol

It could be any team with similar prospect. I think those two players and eating half the salary should return a good defensive prospect.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Shibbal18</b></div><div>Tage is an exception not the rule. Granato isnt a miracle worker that waivers his hand and fixes players. It's not like Mittlestadt hasn't been given an opportunity either unlike Tage (and Skinner) who were buried on the 4th line or in the press box because they wouldn't play defense the way Krueger wanted</div></div>
Not that dissimilar, actually. Mitts has had some unfortunate injuries, but just like players and coaches praised Tage in practice, the same is being said about Mitts. His teammates and coach love him. He was slated to be the #1C before his injury and then Tage took that spot and ran with it.
Does Mitts score goals like Tage does? Nope.
Is he a good-playmaker and two-way player? Yep.
You just keep trying to give him away for basically nothing.
He's a young player that just keeps getting better and better.
But sure, let's roll back time. Sell players just as they are hitting their prime for big question marks. That's freaking Groundhog day.

I figure Luukkonen would have to be included. Pure speculation, but think the most likely to move among the fwd prospects is Rosen. Idk, goaltending trade value is a hard one to pin down year to year.

Mitts is finally stayed healthy & u can see his breakout happening
I don’t think the Sabres would trade him straight up for Dvorak
And there’s no way in he'll you’d get Mitts AND the Philly 2nd
Good grief dude
Come back to reality, it’s nice here

Next year
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>littlejerryseinfeld</b></div><div>Right now it would be 42nd and I suspect they move some guys
And yes, being on an 11 point pace following a 14 point pace season is almost the definition of defense only</div></div>
Sure. Points aren't everything, though. He contributes to offense a lot in ways that aren't reflected on a basic stats sheet, i.e. shutting down play and starting transitions back to offense, moving the puck up the ice, keeping pucks in the offensive zone and moving them into open space for offense to build off of, activating to draw players out of position, etc. There is a reason why he is so attractive to other teams, and his defense first style is a huge part of that. It is something a lot of teams are missing. Most "good" dmen would have absolutely awful goal differentials if they weren't always trying to score. I am of the opinion that dmen should play defense, and a "lack" of offense doesn't make them any less valuable.
Also, you can literally only have a 23 man roster. Having all of these players and prospects in your system does nothing if you can't put them on NHL ice.

How Timo looks next year
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>sharcuda22</b></div><div>It will get beaten very easily. Debrincat got 7th over all meier would be less because teams we'd be trading with won't have a pick that valuable. Grier is also letting teams negotiate extensions before making trades so the QO is a non-factor now. The sharks are going to want futures or we would just keep timo if we only got a return like this</div></div>
Boy oh boy are you in for a rude awakening when this trade happens.
The QO doesn’t become a non issue if you let teams negotiate…. Bc the QO gives Meier leverage in those talks, which leads to a bigger AAV, which leads to less value going back in the trade.
These 1yr from UFA bridge deals just make player value plummet.

Mitts 11pts
Olofsson 11pts
Jost 10pts
Tuch 10pts
Tage 10pts
Skinner 10pts
Dahlin 10pts
And you just want to get rid of this guy for futures? Sorry you hate him so much, but he's really good at hockey.

Have always loved McCabe. This definitely fills the holes but can maybe be done for less than 8mil AAV combined b/w the 2 and giving up a 1st. Probably cheaper options in UFA next year

Who are you calling a homophobe? See, that's your issue - you're labeling people without looking at the facts. That's disrespectful. As far as we know, Provorov has legitimate religious beliefs that preclude supporting certain causes. That's it.
You can't demand people respect your cause when you refuse to respect their beliefs.
