Makes more sense to trade risto to get RNH and keep Reinhart imo. Although I do think keeping Risto would be most wise long term

Why would we trade reinhart for RNH. Makes no sense. We need offense shouldn’t trade one our best players who will only get better for a 2nd/3rd line center. Also I don’t think we need to give up first for ghost trade. Basically same player and risto is RHD shot which is key.

Side note you made our defense really really bad.

Maybe that Botterill exploring options to sharing Risto for 2C, but does not make sense to trade Samson for 2C. Risto frankly poor in defence, and in a couple of Dahlin need a more reliable RHD, maybe even not as stellar as Risto, we need a right-handed McCabe.

Jets say no to that trade. We would like to resign Copp, especially if he takes that contract. More realistically, 2 million X 3-4 years.
