It just means he can choose where he want to go.

If it's a team with a better team and closser to his home, why not.

He would say yes to VAN and CGY in a heartbeat. Maybe even EDM, Seattle, WPG or SJ.

That is too vague. I'd trade him, pack his bags and drive him to the airport if it was for McDavid. So context is important.

I think the distinction that needs to be made is that IF Price were traded, we wouldn't be getting back the return that makes moving him worth it. That's why he is untradeable. He's worth more to the Habs than anywhere else at the moment.
