Description
Killorn and Palat seem to be on their way out because of the term of their contracts. Killorn has 3 years left and an modified no trade clause and Palat has two years left on his deal and a full no trade clause. What's the return for them and which teams go after them?

I could see Detroit being interested in one, more so Palat. All really depends on the asking price I’m sure for any team. Palat intrigues me as he’s only 2 years left so he can be flipped rather easy next year and would allow Bert to play on the second line with fellow junior teammate Fabbri. The NTCs will be problematic.

Doubt Killorn returns more then a 3rd round pick, Palat might return a late 1st round pick or Mid 2nd round pick.

I think the only reason Palat would waive his NTC to go to Detroit would be if he trusted Yzerman's plan for DET.

Nashville if they don't get Hoffman, Detroit if Yzerman loves them enough, Columbus, Florida

There is two different questions:

What is their value if they didn't have NTCs and Tampa wasn't in cap hell?
Likely a first for Palat and a second for killorn

In the situation they're in with cap space so tight that a legit first pairing though non stud dman in his prime returned a 3rd (Schmidt)?

They'll take anything they can get
