Both decline unfortunately. Eichel would take Drysdale or Zegras coming back, and Laine likely takes someone close to headline.

The only big asset in the Eichel deal -the '22 1st- is something that will decline in value given the acquisition of Eichel... just a really low offer all told

Both Buffalo and Columbus pass, Take one of Drysdale or Zegras for Eichel. And Columbus wants a Center in return for Laine. California has the highest taxes in the Country. It would take more then 5 x $7,000,000 for Laine to sign in LA his qualifying offer is 1 x $7,500,000 you can't play him less it would've to be 5 x $7,500,000 not the lesser.

I don't think that we have the assets to acquire Eichel because we shouldn't trade away Zegras, Comtois, Drysdale, Gibson or our 2021 first, and after that, what do we have? You've tried valiantly here, following the list I've set out exactly, but even if you were to replace Larsson with Lindholm, I think that the offer is short.

I think that Sam Reinhart is a better target, if we're going to be able to trade for anyone with an immediate impact.
