I’d be happy with the DAL trade. Not gonna complain about a 2nd for Gus.

I wouldn’t move Bjork - he is clearly in over his head as a top-pairing guy, but he’s still been surprisingly (astoundingly?) productive in that role, considering his background and that he’s been paired with Vlad. Best case? He’s cheap and gives guys like Peeke and Boqvist a run for their money, maybe sticks on the roster. Worst case? He’s cheap and kept around as a Kukan 2.0-esque depth piece. He has two more years of control, so no need to move him now unless someone is willing to overpay.

As for Vlad, he’s getting a 1st, even with that trade. JP’s value is apparently in the tank. I’m all for taking him on as a reclamation project for a season or two (we’re going to suck anyway), but we’d have to move another forward or two to make it work.





Probably the 3rd, unless the LD is 18-19. We are about to be flush with D prospects in the next 1-2 years.

With Dallas not having a 2023 1st Round Pick, I don't see Nill moving their 2023 2nd. With the value he's been able to find in the 2nd Round lately, he's not going to want to sit out the first 62 picks in one of the deeper drafts of the last decade.
