Assuming DK does not come back, and Bergy does…Bergy/Zacha/Coyle would be top 9 C’s. They are set.

They have to shed cap as it is. If Bergy comes back they won’t be looking for top 6 center. They will be looking for young center not necessarily NHL ready when they start moving cap out i.e. Hall/Grizz.

They need a long term solution and a 30 year old with 1 year contract is not it.

If Bergy and DK both retire that changes their game plan.
