Demko is OUR GOALIE OF THE FUTURE hes not going nywhere.He loves it in Vancouver.IMHO.

Canucks are looking to compete and won't trade Demko unless the offer is too god to pass up. This offer seems to be pretty close to that realm, I think they'd be crazy to not at least consider it.

Canucks won’t move Demko unless it’s a huge overpay. This may be fair value, but not what it would take for the Canucks to move him

I'm not opposed to upgrading our goaltending or trading Jokiharju. However, I'm not in favour of trading our 2023 1st or keeping Comrie as one of our two NHL goalies. I think signing a capable UFA to be our starter and having UPL backup is the likely route. If we can package Joki and something else for either a better RHD or 3rd pair LHD that would be solid. Plenty of defensively responsible D on the UFA market this year. Don't forget about Johnson, if he signs with us he could slide into that 3rd pair on either side and be an impact player right away
