Philadelphia is rebuilding, has no interest in moving 3 of their most valueable assets for William Nylander

This trade doesn't make sense for Philly at all.

They are in a rebuild. They want to keep their 1st AND add more draft picks and prospects. Nylander being a pending ufa doesn't make sense for them to trade for. If they do trade their 1st for a star winger, it should be for a guy like Debrincat, because there would be team control there. Either way, I don't think they should do that either.

Philly should trade Konecny for as many good picks and prospects as they can get.

Also, Leafs would rather buyout Murray than give up a 1st and only getting a 5th in return. His buyout is super reasonable. I would be happy with moving back 15ish spots in the draft to unload Murray and not have his buyout cap, like we did with Mrazek trade but this is way too much.
