We aren't trading a 1st at the start of a multiyear rebuild for a guy demanding a load of cash. Nylander is a swell player but he does not fit the Flyers' timeline.

Trading TK (a guy on a good contract with some term) for Nylander alone is stupid, nevermind adding the first.

I agree. TK would put up just as many points on a line with Marner and Matthews, and at half the price next year. Trade makes no sense
