Had so many delusional Hab fans try to shove him down our throat the last month, I honestly wouldn’t take him for free now just because I’m sick of him.
He would take cap money we should be spending somewhere else.
He would take a roster spot we should be giving to someone else.
Other than faceoffs, there is absolutely nothing he brings we don’t already have.

Do you realize how biased your Lindholm vs Monahan analysis is? They are the perfect comparables, so good job there, but the fact that you accept to trade for Lindholm (albeit at a lower price) and say Monahan is too expensive is ludicrous.

Monahan's cap hit at the TDL will be sub 500K, Lindholm's will be 1.2M.

Monahan has more points than Lindholm.
Monahan has an equivalent faceoff percentage to Lindholm.
