Jordan Harris is not a big enough difference maker to go from 3-7 to 24+. I also can't see a cap strapped Minnesota team trading a very good forward on an ELC, unless a similar player is coming back.

Columbus says no to a late pick and Harris for a top 10 pick really easily rejects

And then turning around and giving up all that for Rossi? If you win a trade like that with Columbus you don't waste it on that return

So what is Harris' value? He is worth more than a 2nd round pick. It's tough to say where in the 1st. But let's say he's worth a 20th overall pick. I thought 2 x 20 overall picks is worth 3-7 overall in this draft. Maybe I overvalued that.

He's 23 years old and played over 100 NHL games. He's a former 3d round pick himself. Considering a 2d round pick has a 30% chance to be an NHL payer, your argument is nonsense.
