  1. Faulk, Justin
Additional Details:
Return Faulk to where he played the best and to replace Pesce. Orlov has high AAV for one year but didn't truly fit in with CAR. Allows them to attempt to re-sign Skej
2.
STL
Chicago basically buys a first round pick. Krug can play top 4 minutes for them during their rebuild and in a couple years when they are closer, Krug will only have 1 year left and can be bought out or traded with retention. STL gives up 1st rounder because Krug is really a $4M AAV player.

Don’t see Hayes as a fit in Boston. They should use free agency to acquire a top forward

Orlov fits just fine in Carolina. What are you going on about? Pass on overpaying for Faulk’s bad years as this skating deteriorates.

The Hawks top 4 on the left side is set w/ Vlasic and Korchinski. Plus they have Kaiser and DelMastro on the left side as well. And Krug's days of being a top 4 guy are behind him. His defensive play has fallen off a cliff the past 2 seasons. While the 1st would be nice to have, Krug fills no need at all for the Hawks. $20m is a lot to spend for a mid round 1st in a freakish draft. Hawks decline.

Can’t see Krug waiving his full NTC for Chicago if he wouldn’t waive it for Philadelphia before

Not paying a first just to dump Krug

Just buy him out at that point
