Norris would be cool to take on. Injuries have impacted him a lot, but if OTT is willing to move him for a relatively fair price, then I would consider. Dont think the move from Pettersson to Samuelsson is worth it. Doubt OTT want MP28 anyways. They got a bunch of LD they are tryna get rid not add.

I also dont see the reason to add TvR. Keep St. Ivany there for $2M less.

Ottawa trade makes no sense for either team.
The Pens blue line gets much weaker without Pettersson. I'd only trade him if I was tearing the Pens down. Furthermore, Ottawa's goaltending was their biggest weakness this season and I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Blomqvist takes the backup role from Forsberg before the end of the year. Norris is a huge risk given his injury history and high cap hit. I think the Pens can do better with their cap space than an expensive backup and a dice roll.
As for the Senators, they have no need for a LHD, with Sanderson, Chabot, Chychrun, and Brannstrom all NHLers and Klevin potentially needing a spot. I assume they'd want more for Norris given the upside, if they can convince a team he's worth it.
