I can see the Sharks, Blues and Bruins all making serious offers for him. A deal to Boston would probably be the easiest to hammer out, so I'll go with the Bruins.

Everything else being equal, would think Rangers would send to him the Western Conference. Ducks, Sharks, Stars.

I guess Boston actually could work. I was kidding, talking about Riley, but Rick could be a good fit in Boston.
Just curious: Are they brothers?

One was born in Toronto the other in small town Alberta, so I doubt if they are brothers.....maybe sisters.

I think that really only applies if they still want to compete after trading Nash. If it's just a rental situation, I'd trade him to wherever I can get the best deal.

I'll agree with you. Just thinking of the Boston/New York rivalry. Nash pushing the Bruins over the top. Bruins do have some good young near NHL ready prospects that Rangers would like and as you suggest might be the best fit for a trade.

Not sure the Bruins are the best fit for Nash. While he would be a nice piece to add, he's not so much better than Ryan Spooner that it's seen as a need at this point. The price for him is likely a first-rounder or early second; that's probably too high a price.

I would lean towards the Sharks. The Pacific division is pretty wide open, and they definitely can use more finishing ability. Adding Nash likely gets them into the 2-3 slot in the Pacific, which will be the easiest series in the league to win.

Are you talking about a rental trade this season, or in free agency this summer?
