Id have more issue with getting a respectable return rather than getting him out of conference. This return would make me cry. Nylander and Zaitsev for a mixed bag of nuts.

No way Nylander is traded to Detroit being a Detroit I'm not sure I'd want him. Detroit WON'T TRADE Larkin, Bertuzzi, Rasmussen or Cholowski. The way Mantha and Anthanasiou are playing I seriously doubt either of them get traded either. Anthanasiou has the best chance of being traded if Blashill stays the head coach. Those 6 players are what Detroit is building their team around it could change Nick Jenson was on this list last year but hasn't lived up to expectations.

I disagree with some aspects on here, I actually consider Zadorov more valuable to the Avs than Jost and I'd move Jost in the right kind of deal. This however, ain't it.

AA is the only Red Wing I could see the Avs being interested in purely because his age & speed fits the profile.
