Description

Hall won’t sign extension but Josi will. We get a prospect and third line winger in the deal and send Mueller and Santini to even salaries.

Panarin signs to be NYC adjacent and play with phenom Jack Hughes. Karlsson sees Panarin sign and follows suit to play with Roman Josi.

We use all 5 of our 2nd and 3rd round picks to replenish our farm with an eye towards win-now moves while Nico and Jack are still cheap.

Josi Hischier and Bratt’s extension money comes from moving on from Greene Vatanen and Craig Smith next year.

Boqvist, McLeod, Bastian, Ty Smith, and newly acquired Dante Fabbro all make the team out of camp.
