I guess i could see some team giving a $4M offer sheet but too much to pay for him especially with guys like Ferland and Dzingel available for slightly more.

Yes and they get them with zero compensation and don’t start a **** slinging contest....

Funny that Dzingel is brought up here.... what an excellent comparable his first contract is for both kappy and Mango...

If Kap and Johnsson want that much both are traded for cheaper comparable assets likely guys on ELC's or picks and there will be multiple teams interested meaning there will be a return.

I’ve been working on some agm’s that involve moving kappy for picks and Johnsson for Bratt.
