Doesn't assure it but could give them the breathing space to feel comfortable to deal him and less pressure to rush a deal

Should have gotten a 1st out of Miller. I realize the cap is an asset and Vegas certainly needs cap, but that isn't a fair trade for a 2nd pairing RD getting payed under $4M for 3 more years.

1. Does Vancouver look to step in to look for a deal for Risto instead of paying Myers the rumored contract;
2. RD looking pretty good at the moment..... who is the target in FA.... I say Donskoi;
3. Do you move Sam to your #2C and go after Donskoi & Connolly to fill in your wingers;

I think people are vastly over valuing Miller. He has a hell of a slap shot and is quick but yeah not ever worth a first to me
