Did McAvoy steal your girlfriend or something?

I find it rather amusing that the players you choose to include your Boston-Vegas swap, I'd argue, are both pretty untouchable, or at least that's my impression of how each team views that player. Ironically, you could probably make a decent deal between these 2 teams, subbing in different plays. Why not a Reilly Smith for Torey Krug type swap? To me, that seems more realistic than Boston letting McAvoy go for any price, and similar thoughts to Tuch in Vegas.

Wow. I've seen a lot of one sided trade proposals but this might top the list. Tuch wouldn't be traded one-for-one for McAvoy, never mind the picks. You keep Charlie, we'll keep Alex.

If Boston can't sign McAvoy, I don't think they'd get that much out of VGK.

Doesn't McAvoy want to go to New York?

No that's a BS rumor because he's from NY and so fans right away just assume they want to play their. McAvoy actually said in an interview that he wants to be in Boston forever.

Reily smith is bad. Tried that already. Krug is far more valuable.

I believe the full quote was:

"I want to stay in Boston forever. Me love you long time. I am ready for my contract offer."

"This middle six winger isn't worth a number one defenseman" is some peak CF nonsense
