Obviously this is an exaggeration, but I'm tired of seeing Laine trades where MTL fans say they wouldn't give up Domi for him, and jets fans saying they'd need Domi+Caufield+Petry+Tatar+First for Laine

Honestly completely accidental lol, I accidentally clicked on him and was too lazy to remove him, figured he'd be that extra little value, like a 7th rounder to push the deal over the top ??

This is CF culture unfortunately.

There is no such thing as a good trade for both teams. (Or at least very rarely). Rather than point out the things that make sense, its better to point out the errors and miscalculations because..... Im smart and your not. rolling eyes

People want steals and fleeces because that is what is sensational. Fair trades where both teams give up equal value and are modest with expectations are boring. Those are usually the posts that get no comments on it.

80% of commentors on CF are only here to comment on the illogical and unknowledgeable AGM's and 80% of AGM's are only posted to get a reaction out of the those other 80% commentors.

Domi/Drouin + B prospects/picks
or
Caufield/Suzuki/Poehling + A middle 6 roster player (Lehkonen/Byron)+picks

Hudon is this year's McCarron. For years we have been subjected to read Montreal fans including McCarron in a NHL trade for some reason. Petan of the Leaf is getting the same treatment.

Are any teams really interested in trading for a big cap of Laine? I'm thinking no. They would would rather hold on to their prospects and cap.
