He doesn’t waive this year. He is not going somewhere where he has a better chance of getting his name on the Cup. No contender wants him. Only option to move him this year is his 8 team list. Would love to know what that list is. My guess is it will be 8 teams not interested in him at all.

studnicka and backes plus a mid pick like a 3rd or so for kirill kaprisov. no this isnt a troll post. I really like studnicka and overvalue him as a prospect.

I can see an argument for Stud and Kaprizov being close to a 1:1 trade. @TanSor ??? But, taking Backes’ contract is worth more than a 3rd. I counter with, Kaprizov for Stud, Backes, and your 2020 1st.

Zucker...i like Staal but he blocked a trade here so....Zucker is the only player that i’d be willing to move Studnicka for. Even then i’m iffy.

It just, it just isn’t happening man. Sweeney shut down talks over mark stone when they whispered Studnickas name. Your best chance of getting Studnicka is bidding for his services when he hits UFA in a decade.
