I would rather sign someone than trade for someone. Unless you're making a trade anyway, and get a 7thD as like a throw in.

I agree a stopgap makes sense for Ottawa. I really think moving Boedker to Buffalo for Scandella or Bogozian makes snese. Each team getting the depth they need at the position they need for overpriced vets
